Technology and Innovation resonates with the perspective that new techniques, skills, methods and processes can improve and create services that bring scientific community to the achievement of desired goals. Similarly, latest advances in science bring benefits to society, which is the ultimate user of these novel technologies. 

Presentation Session 1.1:
Impact of novel technologies in science

This session aims to introduce research projects that relate to innovative technologies, e.g. processes, methods, devices, among others. This would be a good session to present your innovative work to the rest of the scientific community and explain its added value to the scientific community but also society. Research related to computer science, automation or monitoring and sensoring systems are examples that could be included on this session.
